Where To Get It

Coffee is already in the game, you can purchase a coffee maker in Build/Buy or buy a cup from a barrista.

What Does This Do?

Simply put.. When a Sim drinks coffee they now have a chance of getting addicted to caffeine.

Caffeine addiction is less severe than other types of addictions, but technically works the same way with occasional debuffs etc. Caffeine addiction can also be added through addiction cheats in the settings menu.
