Cancer
You can toggle the lung cancer option for cigarettes off completely with cheats.
Click on any Sim > Drugs > Settings > Cheats > Disable Cancer.
Life Sentencing
If your Sim gets busted by the police, they can under some circumstances end up in prison for life, which is essentially game over for that Sim.
You can toggle on/off the Life Sentencing feature with cheats.
Click on any Sim > Drugs > Settings > Cheats > Disable Life Sentencing.
Reactions
How your Sims family, loved ones and friends react to Sims using drugs is a major part of the mod.
There are Settings in place where you can tweak reactions on a Sim by Sim basis, but you can also choose to disable the reactions completely with cheats. Note that this requires a game restart.
Click on any Sim > Drugs > Settings > Cheats > Disable Reactions.
Addiction
If you click on your active Sim > Drugs > Settings > Cheats > Addiction Cheats you will get a list of addictions you can enable for your Sim.
You can do this for a drug by drug basis or add all available addictions to the Sim.
You can also remove drugs for a drug by drug basis in the same cheat menu, or remove all addictions from the selected Sim.
Drunken Adventure
— Currently only available in the Patreon/Premium version of the mod —
When your Sim gets wasted they might wander off into an off-screen drunken adventure.
To disable this feature for all Sims, Click on any Sim > Drugs > Settings > Cheats > Disable Drunken Adventure.
Liver Failure
— Currently only available in the Patreon/Premium version of the mod —
Sims that abuse Steroids without taking estrogen blockers might acquire permanent liver damage that can lead to death.
To disable the Liver Failure feature, Click on any Sim > Drugs > Settings > Cheats > Disable Liver Failure.
Assign Roles
You can quickly assign roles like NPC Drug Dealers, Police Officer or various Drug Customer roles with cheats.
Simply SHIFT + Click on the Sim you want to assign a role to, then go to Drugs > Assign Roles. From here you choose Drug Customers or Other Roles.
Some roles might not be available on all Sims, this is largely dependent on their traits and their relation to your currently active Sim.
Other Cheats
Log Sim Info
This is only useful on rare occasions, and usually if any member of the Support Team on the Discord Server asks you to do so.
You can create a log file of your active Sims info, which lists their traits, buffs, relationships and so on and so forth.
To create the file, first open the cheat console by clicking CTRL + SHIFT + C and type in testingcheats true
Then SHIFT + Click your Sim > Drugs > Log Sim Info – Depending on what you want to log, select All, Traits, Buffs, Inventory, Statistics or Relationships.
The log file will be created in the same folder your Basemental Drugs mod is installed.
Release Prisoner
This is only useful on the rare occasion where a Sim in prison is not released even though you have gotten notifications that they are on their way home.
SHIFT + Click any Sim > Drugs > Release Prisoner.
That should have them home in no time.
