Acquire Milestones

There are 30+ Basemental Milestones you can acquire for your Sims, ranging from “Got Drunk” to “Beat Cancer” and everything in between.

To acquire the Milestones you simply have to play with the mod. If your Sim smokes cannabis they will automatically acquire the “Smoked Cannabis” milestone for instance.

Retroactively Add Milestones

If your Sim used to smoke cannabis in their teens (prior to the Milestones patch came out), but is all grown up now you can retroactively add that particular milestone in the Basemental Drugs Settings menu.

Just click on any Sim, then Drugs > Settings > Milestones.

From here you choose whether or not you want to add or remove a milestone from your Sim.

If you choose to add a milestone you will get a second option afterwards where you decide which life-stage to add the milestone to, Teen or Adult.

The UI seems to bunch everything from Young Adult to Elder into one category, so if you want to retroactively add something they used to do while being a young adult but they are now an elder, use the Adult category.

Once logged into the Discord Server, please contact any member of the Support Team to gain access to the channel specifically created for translators. We will take it from there to ensure your translation is featured directly on the website.
