Tolerance Traits

There are tolerance traits in the Reward Store for high or low tolerance to a various of substances. Aptly titled Lightweight and Heavyweight.

You purchase them like you normally would with any other trait from the Reward Store.

The way they affect drug use varies slightly from drug to drug, but simply put, high tolerance makes the drug effect run out quicker and for some drugs it may take more doses to get more intense effects. With the low tolerance traits it is the opposite of this.

If your Sim has a low tolerance trait and gets addicted to that substance the low tolerance trait will be removed and replaced with a high tolerance trait. Once your Sim kicks the habit the high tolerance trait will be removed.

If you want to regain the low tolerance trait then, you need to repurchase it from the reward store.

Cancer Immunity

You can purchase the Cancer Immunity trait from the Reward Store like you normally would with any other trait.

After the trait is purchased your Sim will be immune to getting lung cancer. The trait needs to be purchased and added to the Sim prior to them getting cancer.

Secondhand Smoke Immunity

You purchase this trait like you normally would with any other trait from the Reward Store.

Sims with the Secondhand Smoke Immunity trait will no longer react negatively or disgusted when hanging around smokers.
